Changes & Cancellation Policy: The guest can contact the hotel via phone or WhatsApp to inform the hotel of his desire to cancel or modify his reservation free of charge, even 30 hours before the check-in time, noting that the check-in time is (between 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM). The reservation will be automatically cancelled by the hotel if the guest does not arrive to the hotel until 10:00 PM on the arrival date. If the guest wishes to arrive later than 10:00 PM, they must contact the hotel via phone or WhatsApp to arrange his arrival time. The hotel has the right to ask the guest to pay an advance at least one night’s rate to avoid cancellation.
